Mark Andy has presented a Legacy Award to long-time customer and partner Etipress during a customer open house event held in conjunction with Labelexpo Mexico 2025. The award honors Etipress and its founder, Juan Carlos Arroyave, for their continued partnership, innovation, and exceptional utilization of Mark Andy printing technology over the years.

The award was presented at Etipress’s facility in Guadalajara on April 1, where more than 100 attendees from over 30 companies across Latin America gathered for a live demonstration of the Digital Series HD press and an evening of industry networking.

“Juan Carlos and the entire Etipress team exemplify what’s possible when a business fully leverages the technology and support we provide,” said John Vigna, LATAM sales manager, Mark Andy. “From the installation of their first Performance Series press in 2016 to the demo-ready operation they run today, their growth and operational excellence are no accident. It is the result of vision, discipline, and partnership.”

The Legacy Award recognizes Etipress’s operational success and its openness in supporting the broader Mark Andy customer community. According to Vigna, Arroyave has consistently welcomed prospective customers into his facility, provided honest feedback about his experiences, and served as a trusted peer to those considering a Mark Andy press.

This marks the third recognition Arroyave has received from Mark Andy. Previous awards acknowledged his role as a pioneer in Mexico and Latin America for acquiring the first Digital Series HD and for his ongoing investment in Mark Andy solutions.

The Legacy Award celebrates the entire Etipress team, production, sales, and leadership, for their shared commitment to excellence and growth.
